This workshop focuses on the practical details of teaching within the Classical Pilates system. Led by Karen Frischmann, the session explores the mechanics, transitions, and teaching considerations that support clear and effective instruction. Designed for teachers and trainees, it offers practical insights to refine understanding of the work and strengthen day-to-day teaching practice.

This workshop is part of Altum Teacher Training Programme’s 2026 academic year, and is a mandatory workshop to attend for all students.
