  • These professional seminars are designed for Pilates teachers, physiotherapists, and movement professionals working with clients who have scoliosis.

  • You’ll cover scoliosis anatomy, curve pattern recognition, and scoliosis-specific exercise modifications across mat and apparatus work.

  • Module 3 advances into complex curve patterns, personalised programme design, and case study work.

  • Yes. Module 1+2 is a prerequisite before progressing to Module 3.

    • For Modules 1+2, you can enrol directly via the website checkout page. If the course is full, add yourself to the waitlist.

    • For Module 3, please complete the enrolment interest form. Our team will contact you to arrange a screening chat before confirming your place.

    • All registrations are confirmed once full payment is received.

    • A 50% refund is available if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the course start date.

    • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 45 days of the course start date.

    • If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons, please provide a valid medical certificate and we will review your situation with care.

  • No, one does NOT need to be certified in Pilates - all apparatus and/or Classical Pilates.

    In the past, we have yoga instructors and other professionals in other movement modalities participate in SPM 1+2 too.

    However, it is highly advisable to be exposed in some Pilates mat + reformer exercises.

    If you like to have some experience in Pilates, you can schedule a couple of private/group sessions with us at Altum.
