About Intermediate 2 Pre-Training (20 hours)

You’ve finished “Foundation: Intermediate 1”, and you’re now ready to move your body and get it familiar and experienced with Intermediate 2 System’s exercises. This is your pre-training of these exercises, and a pre-requisite before moving on to "Foundation: Intermediate 2".

Pre-requisite: Certificate of Attendance by SmartMovement as follows:

  • Pre-Train in Basic System,

  • Pre-Train in Intermediate 1 System

  • Foundations in Basic System

  • Foundations in Intermediate 1 System

  • Once enrolled - all enrollees will receive

    1. Printed Handout on the first day of training

    2. Zoom recording of Pre-Train for your own revision and learning. (non-downloadable)

  • Upon completion of the Intermediate 2 System Pre-Train, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Smart Movement International, which is a prerequisite for Level 1 Teacher Certification.
