About Intermediate 1 Pre-Training (20 hours)

This Intermediate 1 Pre-training workshop is a prerequisite for enrolling in the Intermediate stage of Teacher Training. It covers all Intermediate exercises you'll learn in Intermediate 1: Foundation, ensuring you know how to execute them properly before delving deeper into their details.

Pre-requisite: Certificate of Attendance by SmartMovement as follows -

  • Pre-Train in Basic System,

  • Foundations in Basic System

    1. Printed Handout on the first day of training

    2. Zoom recording of Pre-Train for your own revision and learning. (non-downloadable)

  • Upon completion of the Intermediate 1 System Pre-Train, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Smart Movement International, which is a prerequisite for Level 1 Teacher Certification.
