About Intermediate 1 Foundations (50 hours)

After finishing Intermediate 1 System Pre-training, this is where you’ll move on to learn all about the exercises you were just taught—how to teach them, what to understand about them, and its interconnectivity to the human anatomy and how to apply it to your client’s needs.

Pre-requisite: Certificate of Attendance by SmartMovement as follows:

  • Pre-Train in Basic System,

  • Pre-Train in Intermediate 1 System

  • Foundations in Basic System

  • Once enrolled - all enrollees will receive

    1. Printed Ring-bound Manual on the first day of training

    2. Zoom recording of Foundation seminars for your own revision and learning. (non-downloadable)

    3. Zoom Mentorship with Ole Eugenio every Friday 12pm SGT (non-recording)

    4. Access to studio use for apprenticeship training (non-peak hours)

    5. Direct access to Joanne Chong, Founder/Mentor Educator

  • Upon completion of the Intermediate 1 System Foundation, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Smart Movement International, which is a prerequisite for Level 1 Teacher Certification.
