Julie Selwood, Scolio-Pilates® Principal Educator
Julie Selwood is a Classical Pilates teacher and one of Europe’s first Principal Educators for Scolio-Pilates.
Diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age, her rehabilitation through Pilates at the Royal Ballet School shaped both her dance career and her lifelong commitment to the method.
Certified since 2001, Julie has taught internationally, founded her own studio and teacher training school in Zürich, and worked with thousands of clients. Her specialised studies in Classical Pilates and scoliosis-specific approaches inform her clear, detail-focused teaching.
She has been an authorised Scolio-Pilates Practitioner since 2015 and Principal Educator since 2018.
