After finishing Intermediate 1 System Pre-training, this is where you’ll move on to learn all about the exercises you were just taught—how to teach them, what to understand about them, and its interconnectivity to the human anatomy and how to apply it to your client’s needs.

Course Fees

SGD 2,699 (when taken as an individual course). Enjoy a lower fee when enrolling as part of the Intermediate 1 System or the Full Teacher Training Programme.
